Feper
Feper (www.feper.ro) is a Romanian company with 3 profit centers: the business center (whose main activity is represented by the rental of the spaces owned by it), the production center (which carries out the activity of producing and marketing Feper brand products in the field of fine metal fabrications and marketing other product brands as a distributor), as well as the tourism center (having in its heritage the hotel complex Orizont Predeal and Hotel Central Ploiesti). The company was founded in 1975 under the name of Peripheral Equipment Enterprise - IEPER, as a state-owned enterprise with a profile of peripheral equipment for computing technology, and in 1991 it adopted its current name, specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of electronic equipment, electrotechnical products and agricultural machinery for small farmers. In 2015, the company merged with Orizont Turism and Turism Hotels and Restaurants Prahova, expanding its service offer to include tourism and event organization. Feper has been listed since 2016 on the multilateral trading system of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, currently on the AeRO market, with the stock symbol FEP.
